Great app but should have been clearer that you have to pay after sending 5 invoices.

Quite unprofessional to use AI call the moment someone installs it. You guys need to terminate the services of whoever suggested that. Wait for your customer to get acquainted and when they show interest in your paid stuff have the courtesy to use a human for calls. would give 0 or negative stars

Have bought the app for 3 years. No customer service no reply. Even hanging up the call. Made me totally pissed. There will be a minimum of 10 calls per day to purchase the app. And not a single call after we buy the app. Be cautions to whomever is purchasing the app for their shop.

There should be a search option to search notes and writing isn't very user friendly there is an inconvenience I felt while typing, moving the cursor from one place to another.
