Terms of service

Last updated 17 August 2026

What you are getting

Demands provides research derived from public content. Access is granted on a subscription or free-tier basis and may be used for your own research and business purposes.

Scores are estimates, not advice

Every score, revenue band and market estimate on this site is an estimate produced by analysing public complaints. They are provided for research purposes and are not financial, investment, legal or business advice.

We publish the methodology and the underlying evidence precisely so you can form your own judgement. Decisions you make on the basis of this data are yours.

The indexed content

Complaints, reviews and posts in the database are public content published by third parties on third-party platforms, stored for analysis and always linked back to the original. Copyright in that content remains with its authors.

Our own contributions — the extraction, clustering, synthesis, scoring and written content — are ours.

Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape or bulk-extract the database; exports are available on paid plans
  • Do not resell or redistribute the data as a competing dataset
  • Do not use the service to harass anyone whose content appears in it
  • Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Data sources change, break and occasionally disappear, and coverage varies accordingly — failed ingest runs are shown publicly on the sources page.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date below, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the period already paid for. If something went genuinely wrong, email us — we would rather refund you than argue.

Questions: legal@demands.io. These terms are a plain-language summary intended to be readable. Have a lawyer review them before you rely on them for anything consequential.
